Terrell has over 25 years experience in the automotive industry. He has held roles in Manufacturing, Distribution, Category Management, Product Management, Product Planning and Finance. His strengths were in assessing markets and implementing winning strategies. He was also recognized as a leader that built high performing teams. He believes that understanding skill sets and matching those skills with the right opportunity delivers the best outcomes.

Terrell has seen the lack of diverse hiring in Product Management ,Product Planning and Category Management and is  committed to finding great talents to fill these roles going forward.

Terrell holds a BBA and a MBA in business.

Lawrence Washington is a seasoned real estate and finance specialist who has worked at financial firms including the NASDAQ Stock Exchange. He has extensive experience in nonprofit management roles, including being the President of the Metropolitan Tennis & Education Group. Mr. Washington graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Political Science. He is completing an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and an Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell University. He is on the Executive Council of the United States Tennis Association.
